We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Manager to lead and scale our SaaS offering, Airpelago Power – an innovative software platform enabling drone-based powerline inspections. In this pivotal role, you will hold end-to-end responsibility for the SaaS business model, including sales processes, commercial packaging, pricing strategy, onboarding, customer training, and support.
You will play a central role in shaping and executing our go-to-market approach, ensuring a seamless and high-value experience for our customers. In close collaboration with the development team, you will also be responsible for channelling customer feedback and feature requests to enhance our product roadmap.
As the business grows, you will build and lead a customer success function, ensuring scalable and structured delivery of world-class support. This is a strategic and hands-on role with global scope, ideal for a commercial leader passionate about scaling software businesses.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive the SaaS business strategy, operations, and commercial success.
• Oversee and improve all stages of the customer lifecycle, from sales and onboarding to support and retention.
• Develop and maintain sales material, pricing models, packaging, and training resources.
• Manage and optimise customer onboarding and support processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product development and service delivery.
• Provide structured feedback to the development team on customer needs and feature requests.
• Analyse usage and performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Build and lead a customer success team to support business scalability.
• Monitor key performance indicators and ensure continuity of business operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a commercially oriented role within a SaaS or technology-driven business.
• Proven track record of scaling SaaS products and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of customer success, business development, and product lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
• Operationally hands-on, with a results-driven mindset.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English.
• Ability to work from our Gothenburg headquarters.
